Shipping & Delivery Policy

4.1 What We Deliver

Shout Studios sells services, not physical products. Our services are delivered in one of two ways:

• In person at the studio: recording sessions, courses, workshops, vocal training, consultations and photo or video shoots take place at Shout Studios, 28 Al Shahid Mohammed Qenaya St., Almaza, Heliopolis, Cairo 11775, at the date and time confirmed for your booking.
• Digitally: finished work such as recordings, session files, mixes, masters, beats, jingles, soundtracks, edited videos and photos is delivered electronically by a secure download link, email or WhatsApp.

4.2 No Physical Shipping

• We do not ship physical goods, so no shipping fees apply to any order.
• If a customer asks for files on a physical drive, this is arranged separately and agreed in writing, including any cost, before delivery.

4.3 Delivery Times

• Delivery dates for digital work are agreed with each project or booking and confirmed in writing.
• Delivery starts after the conditions in our Terms & Conditions are met, including payment of at least 50% of the agreed artistic work fee where applicable.
• Revisions follow the limits in our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4.4 Receiving Your Files

• Download links are sent to the email or WhatsApp number on your account. Please check that they are correct.
• Download your files promptly and keep your own backup. Links may expire after a period communicated at delivery.
• If a file is missing or does not open, contact us and we will resend it.
