Refund & Cancellation Policy

2.1 Artistic Services & Music Production

1. The reservation fee becomes non-refundable once the artistic work has commenced or the recording session has started, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Work will commence only after receiving at least 50% of the agreed artistic work fee.
3. Customers are entitled to a maximum of two reviews of the musical arrangement.
4. After receiving the final version, customers are entitled to a maximum of two rounds of mixing and mastering modifications.
5. Additional revisions beyond these limits may incur extra charges.

2.2 Recording Sessions

1. Customers should communicate cancellation or postponement requests as early as possible.
2. Once a recording session has started, the reservation fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
3. Rescheduling requests are subject to studio availability and confirmation.

2.3 Courses & Educational Services

1. Course cancellation or postponement requests must be submitted at least five (5) days before the course start date.
2. The subscription fee, representing 20% of the total course fee, is non-refundable, subject to mandatory legal rights.
3. If a student postpones enrollment to a future session, the applicable course fee will be based on the new session’s price.
4. Once the first lecture has started, the student is not entitled to a refund of the subscription fee, subject to applicable law.
5. The remaining course fees must be fully paid before the third lecture, counting from the course start date.

2.4 Refund Requests

• All requests must be submitted through official Shout Studios communication channels.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method, subject to applicable law.
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under Egyptian law.

2.5 How to Cancel or Request a Refund

• Signed-in customers can cancel an upcoming booking from My account → My bookings.
• You can also contact us by email at shoutstudiosmusic@gmail.com, by phone or WhatsApp on +20 101 913 5834, or at the studio: 28 Al Shahid Mohammed Qenaya St., Almaza, Heliopolis, Cairo 11775.
• Please include your name, booking date and service so we can find your booking quickly.
