Daily singing schedule (25 minutes)
Do it at the same time each day. Consistency matters more than length.
- 5 min · Belly breathing: hand on your stomach, inhale 4 so the belly expands, exhale 8 on "sss"
- 5 min · Range: lip trills and sirens, then five-note scales up by semitones
- 5 min · Chest and head voice: octave slides on "ng" and "goo" to connect qarar and jawab
- 5 min · Pitch and ear training: play a note, sing it, check; then sing intervals
- 5 min · Apply: slow down the hardest phrase of your song, then bring it back to tempo
How do I sing more in tune?
Most off-key singing is a listening problem, not a voice problem. Play a single note on the scale player, hum it, then sing it and record yourself. Move to two-note intervals, then short phrases. Ear training (a few minutes a day) fixes pitch faster than singing louder or longer.
What is vowel modification and why does it help?
As you sing higher, slightly rounding or opening vowels ("ee" toward "ih", "ah" toward "uh") keeps the throat relaxed and the tone even. Practise the five-note scale on "ee-eh-ah-oh-oo" and let the vowels narrow gently at the top.
How do I develop vibrato and stability?
Stable tone comes first: sing long notes on a steady, supported breath without wobble. Then let a gentle pulse appear by alternating slowly between two close notes and speeding up until it becomes a natural vibrato. Never force it from the throat.
How should I practise difficult songs?
Split the song into phrases, practise the hardest one slowly on a vowel only, then add the words. For fast songs, speak the lyrics in rhythm first to train clear diction, then sing. Record each attempt and compare.

Questions people ask us
How long until my range expands?
Most singers notice easier high and low notes after a few weeks of daily, relaxed practice. Forcing notes slows progress.
Can I practise singing every day?
Yes, as long as practice is comfortable. Rest if your voice feels tired or hoarse.
Do I need a coach?
A coach spots tension and habits you cannot hear yourself. Our vocal performance course pairs this routine with weekly coaching.
