- "Ta-da-ka-ga" repeated, slowly then faster
- Yawn-sigh to relax the jaw and throat
Which Arabic letters cause the most trouble?
Emphatic and throat letters need precise placement: ق، ط، ض، ظ، ص from the back of the mouth and tongue; ع، ح، غ، خ from the throat; and the difference between ث/س and ذ/ز for Modern Standard Arabic reads. Practise each pair in minimal words, record, and compare.
How do I keep diction clear in fast songs and reads?
Speak the text in rhythm before you sing or record it, mark breaths and pauses on the script, and land the final consonant of each phrase. Speed comes from accuracy at slow tempo, not from rushing.
